Korey graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1996 with highest honors with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to that, he graduated in 1994 from Copiah-Lincoln Community College with highest honors with an associate's degree. He received a Certified Public Accountant license in September 2002. (MS CPA License 5545) Korey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Korey has worked in public accounting since 2000. While working with approximately 1,200 clients over the years, he has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge on all aspects tax preparation and planning, budgeting, personnel issues, payroll reports, and financial analysis. Korey worked in private industry accounting for four years after graduating college, working as a senior accountant for McLane Southern in Brookhaven and American Railcar industries in Bude.
Korey is married to Crystal Sykes White. They have two daughters. Cassie is attending The University of Southern Mississippi as an elementary education major and Mary Claire is married to Jimmie McQuage and has a doctorate in physical therapy.
Korey is currently serving and has previously served on several boards of Directors, mostly nonprofits, and has enjoyed his time serving with them. He enjoys his men’s small group Bible studies, attending USM football games, family vacations, and playing golf.
Kristi has worked in public accounting since December 1999. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Masters degree in Accounting. She is a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Kristi is married to Jason and they have four daughters, Alex, Rachel, Julianna and Jacey, and one son, Matthew. (MS CPA License 5811)
Kara has worked in public accounting since December 2009. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting. She is a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. (MS CPA License 6203)
Anna Blythe is a 2013 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy. She and her husband, Jake Guess, live in Monticello, with their son, Cooper. They are active members of Monticello Baptist Church.
Lana graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Lana is married to Charles Philipp. She is a mother of two sons, Jacob & Drew Philipp, and a grandmother to six grandchildren.
Rhonda graduated with an associates degree in secretarial science, and she has years of experience as an accountant and an office manager. She has worked in the trucking industry, private air charter business, and chemical company’s accounting departments. She is married to Calvin Lyons and together they have two children and four grandchildren. Rhonda is an active member of Clear Branch Baptist Church.
Kristin graduated with an associates degree in business, and she has years of experience in banking. She enjoys traveling and spoiling her dog, Little Bear. She is engaged to Matthew Elkins of Wesson.
Shelley is a 2022 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Management. Prior to attending USM, she received her associates degree from Copiah-Lincoln Community College in 2012. She is the mother of Zoey Noworyta and resides in Brookhaven
Anna Claire is a 2022 graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy. She is currently working towards her MBA with a concentration in accounting from Louisiana State University. Prior to MSU and LSU, she received her associates degree from Southwest MS Community College and was a member of the softball team. She is married to Jim (LJ) Guess of Wesson, and she loves spending her free time with her family and friends.
